while browsing deviantart, i came across this <da:thumb id="676013378"/>. while using the website they linked in the description (watereffect.net/index.php) i came across a website that makes your chosen picture "cartoonized" as they described it. it changes the color and material in the picture in a way. i found it quite interesting.
